Intellectual and Industrial Property The contents of this website may not be reproduced, distributed, adapted, made available to the public or communicated to the public, by any means or procedure, without the prior written authorisation of the owner, Playas del Almanzora, S.L., registered in the Almería Commercial Register, Volume 293, Folio 159, Section 8, Page AL-8235 and Tax Identification Number (CIF) B-04239414 (“Playas del Almanzora”).

All content and names, logos, trade marks and databases accessible on the website are subject to industrial and intellectual property rights held by Playas del Almanzora or by third-party rights holders. Under no circumstances does access to the pages of the website imply any waiver, transfer or assignment, whether total or partial, of such rights, nor does it confer any right to use, alter, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of the content or industrial property rights without the prior and express authorisation specifically granted for this purpose by Playas del Almanzora or the third-party rights holder, except for the rights to view the content and to make copies for the user’s personal and exclusive use, which must always be exercised in accordance with the principles of good faith and applicable legislation.

II. Data Protection In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (“LOPD”) and in accordance with the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on Data Protection (“GDPR”), we inform you that the personal data and information provided by the user when completing any electronic form available on the website, will be incorporated into files owned by Playas del Almanzora, with registered office at C/ Bayra s/n, Edificio Villasol, Barriada de Villaricos, 04618 Cuevas del Almanzora, Almería. All information relating to Royal Decree 515/89 of 21 April is available to purchasers at our offices at C/ Bayra s/n, Edificio Villasol, Barriada de Villaricos, 04618 Cuevas del Almanzora, Almería. The contract will be drawn up in accordance with the regulations and guarantees set out in Act 38/1999 of 5 November on Building Regulations.
