The Rose Singers will sing traditional Christmas Carols and Church music at the Club House from 7pm; El Torrente & Crocodile Club will both be open.
24TH DECEMBER, CHRISTMAS EVE: SUNDAY
El Torrente: Mulled Wine & Mince Pies served from 7pm. Open for drinks until 11pm.
The Croc Club is open for those guests who wish to continue with the festivities.
Croc Club: Normal Menu with Disco – starts at 10pm and closes at 1.00am.
25TH DECEMBER, CHRISTMAS DAY: MONDAY
ClubHouse: Traditional Christmas Fayre Lunch (served from 2pm – 5pm). Clubhouse closes at 6pm.
Croc Club: Opens early for normal service, with Sunday opening hours. A Sunday Roast will be on offer.
29TH DECEMBER: FRIDAY – MIGAS @ THE HACIENDA BUILDING:
The Hacienda: Migas, a traditional local dish of lots of scrunchy bits of pork, soft garlic flavoured breadcrumbs, hot radishes and peppers, accompanied by goatskins of red wine, is prepared in the Hacienda building out on the Golf Course for owners, staff & local villagers, courtesy of Stephen Hitchins and the Ladies of Palomares. It is always fun and an enormous success.
31ST DECEMBER, NEW YEAR’S EVE: SUNDAY
ClubHouse: A la Carte Menu, open at 8pm – 02.00am. Last drinks at 01.30h.am. Last guests
encouraged to go the Croc Club. NEW YEARS EVE MENU ATTACHED.
Croc Club: Buffet. Open at 8pm – 03.00am. Buffet served from 9pm-11.30pm, with Disco
following. Last drinks at 03.30am. Closing time at 04.00am.
1ST JANUARY, NEW YEAR’S DAY: MONDAY
ClubHouse: Desert Springs’ American Style Champagne Brunch Buffet; served from 11am – 5pm. ClubHouse closes at normal time.
Croc Club: Opens at 6pm with Normal Winter Service.
