CHANGE IN CLOSING DATES FOR SELECT

CLUB TOURNAMENTS

Dear Member, Owner

We announce an important update regarding the closing dates for select Club Tournaments. After a recent meeting involving our Resort Operations Manager, the Golf and F&B Department Managers, and in communication with the Club Captain, it has been agreed to adjust the closing dates for certain Club Tournaments to better manage planning and preparation.

The decision comes as a result of the challenges faced by the Club’s F&B Department, particularly with a high number of last-minute entries that complicate food ordering and event logistics. By implementing these changes, we aim to enhance the overall experience for all participants.

Revised Closing Dates:

2024:

• Captain’s Charity Day:
  Event Date: Saturday, 5^th October 2024
  New Closing Date: Midday, Monday, 30^th September 2024

2025:

• Club Championship & Club Championship Stableford:
  Event Date: Saturday, 5^th & Sunday 6^th April 2025 and Sunday 6^th April 2025 respectively
  New Closing Date: Monday, 31^st March 2025
• Captain’s Drive-In:
  Event Date: Thursday, 17^th April 2025
  New Closing Date: Friday, 11^th April 2025
• Captain’s Charity Day:
  Event Date: Saturday, 4^th October 2025
  New Closing Date: Sunday, 28^th September 2025

These adjustments will help ensure that all event preparations are conducted smoothly and efficiently, ultimately benefiting our members and guests. We kindly request that you adhere to these new deadlines when submitting your entries to avoid any inconvenience.
