We are delighted to announce that The Lady Taverners, in association with the Lord’s Taverners, have selected Desert Springs Resort to be host to ‘The Lady Taverners Celebrity Golf Classic’ from Thursday 24th to Sunday 27th September 2015.
This mixed event is open to all golfers, with individual, couples or team entry. With an array of celebrities attending, a magnificent range of sponsored prizes on offer and other golfing surprises, competitors will enjoy two rounds of competitive golf along with the incomparable social ambience that can only be found at Desert Springs Resort, enjoying a high level of interaction with some world class sports stars and celebrities who have kindly given up their time to play and support the Lady Taverners.
Monies raised from the event will support the Lord’s Taverners outstanding work, which gives disadvantaged young people and children with disabilities a sporting chance. For more information please visit www.lordstaverners.org
The Lady Taverners wish to cordially extend an invitation to all Desert Springs Property Owners and Golf Club Members to join with them and participate in the event. Specific non-golfing packages are also available for those persons wishing to attend the Social functions.

Festivities commence on Thursday evening with a Welcome Drinks Reception & BBQ at the The Cave Bar.
Friday commences with tournament round one. In the evening, The Crocodile Club restaurant will be the venue for the Celebrity & Sportsman’s ‘Q&A’ followed by a Spanish themed dinner with live music entertainment.
Saturday commences with tournament round two. El Torrente restaurant will be the venue for the Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony with entertainment for the evening being provided by renowned and notorious comedian Ian Irving, (see www.topcomic.co.uk) followed by live music entertainment.
‘The Lady Taverners Celebrity Golf Classic’ Tournament Entrance Fee for Desert Springs Property Owner Non-Members and Desert Springs Golf Club Members is €268 pp and €175 pp respectively to include: –

Complimentary use of all practice facilities for each tournament round
Two competition rounds on The Indiana course with pull trolley or shared buggy
