The very traditional Desert Springs Sunday Roasts – “ much more than a cut above the rest” – have now moved to the cool and shady terraces and gardens of The Crocodile Club, overlooking Desert Springs. The menu changes weekly, so you can keep coming back, and it includes:-
- A Selection of Starters; varying weekly, but always including a soup and a salad.
- Main courses featuring not only our specially aged Traditional Roast Beef, but also the Chef’s Roast of the Week, changing every Sunday, – roast lamb, suckling pig, cabrito or wild boar, but rarely and perhaps never, rolled and roasted crocodile, or
- Fresh Fishof the Week; sea bream, salmon, monkfish, turbot, etc. according to the best of local market availability.
- Finally a choice of chef’s Delightful Desserts, again changing weekly.
Main courses all come with a selection of roast potatoes, vegetables and accompaniments, again depending on local produce. Vegetarian Choices and Children’s Menus are always available. A two course meal still costs 20 € and the three course meal remains at 25 € (per person).
