Desert Springs Golf Club continues to enhance its’ members experience by now facilitating a NEW and IMPROVED Members Online Tee Time Reservation System with Golf Manager permitting members to book up to two tee times per member online 24/7 from the comfort of their homes, from any computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone, HERE without the need of contacting the Club.
An additional advantage of the new reservation system is the convenience it offers members in booking golf buggies, as well as electric or manual trolleys. The system automatically applies the appropriate discounts based on each member’s category, ensuring a seamless and personalised booking experience.
For Club Tournaments, the new Golf Directo Tournament Software introduces an innovative way to enhance the player experience. Physical scorecards are no longer required, as players can now input their scores for each hole directly in real-time using their mobile devices. Additionally, the system features a live leader board, enabling participants to track their standings during the competition. The Club will collaborate with the Club Committee to conduct a trial period for the software, assessing its effectiveness and gauging player feedback.
To activate the new reservations system Members need to insert their own email address previously provided to Desert Springs Golf Club HERE and then press SEND CODE. The member will then be sent a new code directly via email to save to allow for them to login within the Online Tee Time Reservation System for Members. Once logged in, members will be able to book their round of golf as well as their fellow members’ and guests in a very simple manner. Members will also be able to book tee times for guests that will be payable at the time of reservation, in accordance with the Club Rules.

Due to privacy restrictions and data protection, the user of the system will NOT be able to see the tee sheet. The member will need to select the date, number of players wishing to play (the system will optimize the capacity, so if there is one golfer booked at a certain time, the system will allow 3 more players within that tee time), and then the preferred tee time. Once selected, the member will complete that reservation, including the names of those joining them.
We would like to remind all members that whilst this system enables you to book your tee time online from anywhere, all members are required to check in at the Golf Reception before play and collect their receipt as usual and reservations made on the day of play cannot be cancelled online.
