In February we announced that Kent-based James Villa Holidays, the UK’s largest villa tour operator had exclusively contracted with Playas del Almanzora SL to add Desert Springs, Europe’s only international award-winning luxury family resort and championship desert golf course, to its portfolio of leisure resorts for holidays in 2010.
Initially, James Villa Holidays contracted 10 detached Villas and Cottages at Desert Springs and due to phenomenal demand from their clients, these properties were almost immediately fully booked for the summer period. Since the start of their initial campaign, James Villa Holidays reserved 110 weeks of property rentals at Desert Springs, resulting in their contracting a further 4 detached properties, 11 Apartments and 7 Townhouses.

With their 2011 marketing campaign currently in full swing and facing further strong demand from their clients, James Villa Holidays have now requested even more detached Villas and Cottages to add to their rental portfolio at Desert Springs.
