I come here regularly for dinner, lunch, a drink, and, obviously, to enjoy a Sunday roast. The staff is incredible, especially Luna! I couldn’t recommend it enough.

I hope you are well.

I am writing to send my thanks to all of your staff for their hard work and effort in dealing with everything connected with the golf and the gala dinner for Club Championship.

It was my last event as Captain and one of the big days that many owners and members come to Desert Springs to be involved with and I am so grateful to everyone for helping to make the day and evening so successful

Oana, Kate, Juani and Fran all had a busy time dealing with golf registration and meal options and despite none of the reception team having dealt with a ‘big day’ at Desert Springs before, under Oana’s leadership, they all performed to the highest standard, always smiling and being totally professional and so helpful.

I would also like to highlight Javier and the F&B team for ensuring that everyone had an amazing evening. The meal was so delicious and the service was excellent. The level of customer care shown by every member of staff was exemplary.

I met several times with Javier, in advance of the evening, to make the arrangements and nothing was ever too much trouble and he is so calm and takes everything in his stride. Javier communicated with me regularly to advise and check on progress of the plans and to assist in any way he could.

Your staff are all a credit to you and to Desert Springs overall. Thank you to them all.

Had our Christmas Day meal here and it was absolutely amazing….the food, drinks and the staff made our Christmas Day perfect.

This was the Residents of Desert Springs resort Christmas dinner.

The food was just amazing, great tapas to start with lots of choice and a wonderful steak for main course, it was all so good.

The service amazing, the El Torrente staff are fantastic.

Great music and a wonderful atmosphere.

Lunch with friends, from one of their Christmas menus.

We were luxurious in a separate dining room, with an ideal service and great food.

I had only been once before, but I hope to repeat many more.

We ate Christmas menu and everything was very tasty, the waiters were very friendly and helpful, the setting was idyllic.

We will be back for sure

Christmas dinner was an excellent family experience.

The staff, food, and drinks were all amazing.
