It is a great privilege to announce that Christine Langford will be joining Head Golf Professional, Colin White, as a Resident Teaching Professional at the Desert Springs Golf Academy.
During her 30 years as a golf professional, Chris has played on the USLPGA, Japanese LPGA and South East Asia Tour and was a founder member of the Ladies European Tour, on which she won no less than 5 titles.
It is this wealth of experience and knowledge which has seen her achieve continued success after her playing career as the Welsh Ladies National Team Coach and in her own teaching ventures with the Christine Langford Golf Schools both at Bowood Golf & Country Club in the UK and here at Desert Springs.
Chris now spends the majority of the year in the sunny climes of the Almanzora region and with Desert Springs as her base she has become an extremely friendly and familiar face at the Resort. For these reasons we are confident that Chris will be a welcome addition to the Teaching Staff and will have the full support of the staff, members and property owners at Desert Springs.
Tuition with either Colin or Chris can be arranged with Golf Reception, which holds the diaries for both Professionals. All lessons include the use of academy range balls. A 30-minute golf lesson on the driving range or the short game area is 30 Euros, whilst a 30-minute lesson in the AStar Video Analysis Studio is 45 Euros, which includes a video tape of your lesson to take away with you!
