The committee has decided following feedback from members that for this year the Club Championship and Handicap Salver will be played as two separate competitions on the same days. This decision was reached in order to allow maximum participation from all members regardless of Handicap.
The Club Championship will as usual be played from the Championship Tees however; the Handicap Salver will be from the Men’s Tee of the day. The Ladies will of course play from their normal tees as there is only one set of tees for them, but should still elect which competition they wish to enter.
Both competitions are played in Medal format. Day one will be played on a drawn basis and day two, as in the past, in position order.
Entry forms are available from Golf Reception and members should choose the appropriate entry form for either the Club Championship or Handicap Salver.
There will be a Gala Dinner following the two competitions when the prizes and trophies will be awarded.
