Former England ‘A’ fast bowler & Essex Staff Coach, Paul Hutchison, confirmed to be coaching at ‘The R66T Academy’ Children’s Summer Camp this August!
We are delighted to announce that Paul Hutchison will be joining our Cricket Services Manager, Nick Gaywood, to coach at the ‘R66T Academy’ Children’s Summer Coaching Camp between Monday 17th – Friday 21st August.

Paul has a wealth of coaching experience and we are extremely fortunate to have secured his services. He currently works as a Staff Coach for Essex CCC, arguably the most successful first-class county of the past few years. Prior to this appointment he has been Head Coach at Cricket Sweden, has coached on the ECB Fast Bowling Programme and has also acted as an advisory Bowling Coach for the West Indies.
As a player Paul was a highly talented left arm quick bowler. Whilst a first-class cricketer for Yorkshire he played for England U19’s and following this he also played for both Sussex and Middlesex before injury saw him retire and take up coaching.
Paul already has extensive experience of Desert Springs Resort from visits with the ECB Fast Bowling Programme and pre -season training camps with New Farnley CC.
The young cricketers enrolled on the summer Camp will be well advised to listen to his advice carefully.
