Benefits of the Scheme:
- Generous Rewards: Earn 6% of the property’s purchase price (excluding VAT & extras) for each successful referral who goes on to purchase a New property. Based on current prices, your reward can be anything from €11,700 to €99,000, every time you make a successful introduction.
- Unlimited Referrals: There is no limit to how many friends, family members, or colleagues you can introduce.
- Immediate or Deferred Options: Choose from Off-Plan properties, Key-Ready homes for almost immediate occupation, or Plots for custom building. Key-Ready properties offer quicker rewards, allowing you to benefit sooner.
How the Scheme Works:
- Referral Submission: To participate, simply introduce a Potential Future Property Owner by submitting their details to the Property Sales department at Desert Springs Resort. This can be done via email or any written and dated form.
- Eligibility: The referred person must not have been previously registered by the Promoters, Playas del Almanzora SL, The Almanzora Group Ltd. or any associated sales agencies or another Present Property Owner. As long as you are the first to introduce them, you are eligible for the reward.
- Receiving Your Reward: The reward becomes payable once the contract for the new property is signed and the deposit is paid. You can choose to keep the full amount or share it with the buyer as a price reduction on their property.
