NEW SHOW HOMES AND REPEAT INVITATION

We are thrilled to share with you the overwhelming positive feedback we received from the attendees of our recent homeowner Summers’ Evening Presentation of the NEW Show Homes at Desert Springs Resort. The evening was filled with anticipation, camaraderie and a shared enthusiasm as homeowners had the opportunity to experience the new design elements of our Show Home properties.
Fifteen homeowners attended the informal drinks reception held within the courtyard terrace at the Club House on Friday, 30th June. We commenced the evening with a brief presentation on the ‘Property Owners Referral Scheme,’ expressing our sincere appreciation for our home owners unwavering confidence in Desert Springs Resort. The New two-bedroom Show Home Apartment at Las Sierras III, as well as the three and four-bedroom Buenaventura and El Paso Villa Show Homes, received high praise. Attendees expressed their delight at the thoughtful layout and functionality of the properties. The spacious living areas, stylish finishes, interior design, attention to detail and high-quality materials used in the construction were all applauded for their exceptional standards. Many homeowners mentioned how the properties provided a seamless blend of open plan contemporary living with modern luxury that embodies the essence of Desert Springs. We also provided a preview of the Cricket Residences Townhouses, scheduled for completion in September 2023.
Furthermore, the exclusive preview of the upcoming three-bedroom Nevada luxury villa on Sweetwater Island Drive generated immense anticipation. Homeowners were captivated by the innovative architectural design, sophisticated features and the combined interior/exterior living and dining space, that promise unparalleled luxury living.

We understand that some homeowners who desired to attend the event were unable to do so due to their absence from the resort during that time. Therefore, we are delighted to announce that we will be repeating the event on Friday, 28th July at 18:30hrs. This provides another opportunity for those who missed the previous gathering to join us and witness the remarkable progress and property offerings at Desert Springs Resort.
