I remind you of the competitions that are scheduled around Easter time.
12th/13th April The Indiana Masters
20th April Easter Cup
22nd/23rd April The Club Championship
23rd April The Club Championship Stableford
25th April The Captain’s Drive –In…as usual a Texas Scramble
The Captain’s Drive –In will tee off at 10:00 am.
Dress code for golf will be a ‘Touch of Tartan’ and for the evening meal in the Crocodile Club ‘Something Scottish’. For those who like to dress up this gives plenty of scope for ideas and for those who are conservative in their attire even a tartan handkerchief will do. The doors in the Crocodile Club will open from 17:30 and the buffet will be served from 18:00-19:00, followed by entertainment.
I look forward to welcoming you during those few days and as a start to my charity fund raising ideas am inviting all of you to email Ellie (egh@almanzora.com) or I with your best photographs of Desert Springs. These can be landscapes, sun sets/rises, flaura and fauna. The best of these will then be used to create a calendar, a soft cover pictorial record of Desert Springs and postcards all of which will be available for sale during the year.
