Friday 22nd & Saturday 23rd December
Santa’s Grotto
Santa Claus will be making a special appearance at Santa’s Grotto inside the Cave at Desert Springs Resort. He’ll be available from 18:00hrs to 21:00hrs, eagerly listening to children’s holiday wishes.
Don’t forget your cameras to capture those precious moments as your little ones’ converse with Santa! For parents, we’ll also have Mulled Wine and Mince Pies available for purchase.
Entrance to Santa’s Grotto is FREE

Christmas Carols @ El Torrente Restaurant

Movie Night at The Private Reserve from 19:30 hrs.
Join us for a delightful evening as we present a special free showing of the holiday classic ‘Elf’ in the enchanting cinema room at The Private Reserve, accompanied by a generous serving of popcorn. Get ready for a night of laughter and holiday magic with this heart-warming cinematic experience.

Friday 29th December
Migas Day! @ The Crocodile Club Restaurant
Experience the delight of ‘Migas’, a cherished local delicacy featuring a medley of crispy pork bits, garlic-infused breadcrumbs, zesty radishes, and fiery peppers, all perfectly complemented by a glass of fine red wine. Join us for this culinary journey, commencing at 14:00hrs at the Crocodile Club. The event promises a delightful time and is graciously hosted by the Hitchin’s family.
Following the culinary indulgence, at 16:00hrs, join us for an entertaining round of Charity Bingo with proceeds from the game being dedicated to supporting the noble cause of Animal Rescue Paws-Patas.

New Year’s Eve Dinner @ El Torrente Restaurant

Festivities begin at 20:00hrs with a warm welcome reception, complete with tantalizing cocktails and delectable canapés.
20:30hrs Seating for an extravagant New Year’s Eve feast prepared by our Michelin star trained chef Sergio Rodriguez, featuring a sumptuous menu that promises to delight your taste buds.
23:30hrs, we’ll convene at the picturesque 1st tee of the golf course, where a breath-taking firework display will illuminate the night sky. Raise your glasses for a sparkling toast to welcome the New Year in style!
Following this spectacle, we’ll make our way to the lively Crocodile Club, where DJ Gary will keep us dancing into the New Year to the hottest tunes all night long, making this New Year’s Eve truly unforgettable.
