It is with deep regret that we announce the resignation of Anthony Brooks as Golf Course Superintendent at Desert Springs Resort. After 20 years of loyal service, Anthony has decided that it is time for him to explore new opportunities.
Since Anthony joined Desert Springs in January 2000, he has been an invaluable and well-respected member of our team. As manager of the golf course maintenance team, he has been greatly valued by his co-workers and all departments. His work and contribution, including the extended hours of dedication have been wholly appreciated. We will miss Anthony’s charm, professionalism, extensive knowledge and strength of character. We respect his decision and wish him and his family all the best for their future endeavours.
On behalf of everyone at Desert Springs Resort, please let us all wish Anthony good luck for the future and bid him a happy farewell.
The position has been advertised and Anthony will be instrumental in the selection process of candidates to find his replacement to ensure a smooth transition.
We shall be advising in due time a date for an opportunity for us all to join Anthony at Desert Springs for drinks, so we may give our thanks and best wishes to an individual who has been instrumental in the delivery of that which Desert Springs is today.
