Dear Residents, Members and Friends of Desert Springs Resort,
It is with deep sadness that I write to convey the news of the passing today of our team member Adrià Palomeras, who has been an invaluable part of our family business for the past six years.
Adrià has made an incredible and ever lasting contribution to Desert Springs Resort particularly driving the standards and success we have enjoyed at El Torrente Restaurant, the Crocodile Club and El Chiringuito. His dedication, professionalism and kindness have had a profound effect on all that have had the pleasure of his company, whether working with him or being attended by him.
On behalf of my family, I am incredibly grateful for Adrià’s hard work and dedication, his ever-present smile and willingness to ensure everyone had a truly memorable Desert Springs experience.
At this difficult time, we would like to express our deepest condolences to Adrià’s family and loved ones and respect their privacy. We share their grief and offer our support and assistance in anything they need.
As a company, we hope to honour Adrià’s memory through maintaining the high standards he set within our daily work. Our team will continue through this difficult time and we extend our emotional support to all those affected by his passing, particularly those closest to him on a personal and professional level.
