Following on from the announcement made on 8th January respect to the RFEG, England Golf &
The World Handicapping System, the Handicap Committee provide the latest update as follows.
Despite the introduction of the World Handicap Index, both the RFEG and England Golf recommend that golfers who are members of clubs in more than one country, maintain separate handicaps at each club until the necessary software is introduced to transfer and update information across national systems. Your Desert Springs RFEG handicap is calculated using the following table with your historical cards counting.

The handicap committee is in regular contact with the RFEG and England Golf to try and ascertain when handicaps will be updated across national boundaries.
