Hola just a couple of things ….
Firstly, wishing you all a peaceful Christmas and a healthy New Year!
Secondly just a quick reminder for your 2025 diary….my ‘Drive-In’ will be on Thursday 17th April…Holy Thursday.
The theme for the day and for my year is Spanish Carnival /Fiesta…. it’s party time! So dig out those old fancy dress outfits which you have accumulated over the years at Desert Springs…..anything goes!
Finally, I would like to produce a recipe booklet with a collection of your favourite signature dishes. Just a one-page document (preferably PDF format) …..send to my email address scgarrod@gmail.com …..a starter or main course or desert or cakes and biscuits, anything.
