We are delighted to invite you to our gastronomic long weekend from the 24th of February evening until the 28th of February lunch at El Torrente Restaurant, located within the beautiful Desert Springs Resort. Our culinary team has created a unique tasting menu of 7 steps, with the theme Al-Andalus roots, which we are sure will tantalize your taste buds.
As part of this event, we are pleased to announce an Andalusian cheese tasting, where you will have the opportunity to sample 5 different cheeses from various regions of Andalusia. This will take place on Saturday the 25th at 17.00h, and we are offering free attendance to every guest who has booked the tasting menu.
Our team has meticulously designed each dish, inspired by the rich cultural heritage of Al-Andalus. We take pride in using only the finest ingredients and cooking techniques to bring out the true essence of Andalusian cuisine.
